VISDIS a.s. was established as a special purpose association with the main objective of negotiating contracts for work with customers in cases where more than one company is involved in the contract. The main reason for the creation of this company is to simplify cooperation between members of the VISGROUP group and other suppliers.
The advantage of VISDIS a.s. is the unification of cooperation – instead of one-off contractual associations, a stable entity is created, which enables more efficient project management and coordination.
